How can we help?

Email info@perathonersimon.com for Animanova support. We aim to reply within five business days. There is no phone support.

Try these steps first

Close and reopen Animanova.
Restart your device.
Install the latest version from your store.
If the display looks wrong, hold the device in portrait and reopen the game.
If progress looks wrong, do not use Clear Data until we have replied.

What to include

Your Animanova version and build (shown at the bottom of the main menu), device model and operating-system version, the game mode and screen where the problem happened, short steps to reproduce it, and a screenshot or short recording if useful.

Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information. Animanova has no account, so we will never ask for a password.

Saved data

Progress is saved on your device only. There is no cloud sync and no account recovery. Clearing app data or uninstalling can permanently remove progress. To delete Animanova’s data, use Settings → Clear Data in the game, your operating system’s app-storage controls, or uninstall the game.

Purchases, refunds and billing

Animanova is a one-time purchase with no ads or in-app purchases. The store you bought it from (Apple, Google Play, Steam or itch.io) handles payment, receipts and refunds under its own policy; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

Accessibility

The game offers configurable effects, reduced-motion behaviour, a haptics toggle, adjustable touch sensitivity, controller and keyboard navigation, and English and Ladin (Gherdëina). Tell us what would help you play.
